BART manages Tasmania’s largest capital budget for the roads division of the Department of State Growth, including forward 5-year budgeting, cash flow forecasting, synchronisation to Technology One Financials, monthly expenditure approvals and reporting of financial and milestone tracking. BART is used by project managers (internal or external) to manage projects forecasts, budgets, milestones and status.

It includes providing a contemporary technology bed to:

• Project cost forecasting,
• Project cash flow forecasting and
• Management of milestones and project status
• Provide an automated workflow approval process
• Provide a two-way interface with Tachnology One Financials for data transfer
• Provide a database to support reporting, including ad hoc reporting and integration into the Departments Business Intelligence tool PowerBI
• Provide standard management and adhoc reports
